8-5 M-F don't be late. All outbound calls, cold leads are provided. Training leaves a lot to be desired. Their main focus is that you are there by 8:00 and make a designated number of phone calls. Must have X amount of web demonstrations per week, X amount of trials set up and X amount of signed contracts per month.
ProsCasual attire and flexible lunches, residual commissions.
ConsNo auto dialer, no sick time, no real room for advancement, it takes about a year to start getting a consistent commission.
