Shipping and Warehousing had three shifts at the time I was employed there. day shift 8:00 am to 4:00 pm swing shift 4:00 pm to 12:00 am and Graveyard was 12:00 am to 8:00 am. Gallo's labor force are bargaining unit employees (Union contract). As a manager my hours varied but it wasn't unusual for me and my colleagues to put in 10 hour days or more.
