Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Northport, AL – May 24, 2018
Management seems somewhat abrasive and one-sided. The working conditions are on par with a furniture factory. There's no air conditioning and corners are cut everywhere to keep running costs low. Though it's routinely well over 100 degrees inside the store, management is against additional breaks beyond a lunch period. The non-management co-workers are helpful and friendly, but guarded with their agitations. If you don't mind sweaty hard work and sometimes rude clientele, go for it.
District Manager (Former Employee) – Jonesboro, AR – August 24, 2016
Not a difficult job as a DM. Sometimes the focus is on the most minute issues (the price of the cheapest toilet seat MUST be 5 cents lower than Home Depot) and that can drive you crazy when there are much larger issues to resolve.
