I would provide more middle management as a resource to field employees and require more involvement from Contract Representatives on the Government side during the hiring process of new employees. Too many conversations take place amongst the COR and E3 PM without an employees involvement that directly affect their success despite work performance. E3 would serve their employees better by offering a formal in-house grievance process to identify issues an employee is dealing with from the COR to insulate them from retaliation.
