Company was a great place to work at for years, but new leadership came from actuary field and was only concerned about number and not people. Put people in charge that were using fear as a motivator and that just doesn't work. Pushed good people out who would have stayed for the length of their careers, but the horse it out of the barn now and I don't see how that company survives long term.

This was a great work environment if you wanted to pay your dues and work your way up the ladder. Lots of people working there with various backgrounds. Some of the leadership wasn’t all that great, mostly just told people to get work done instead of leading by example.

The pay could be better but the company does care about it’s employees. The benefits are are great, one of the best benefit packages I’ve seen at a company.
