Reservation Saleds Agent (Current Employee) – Las Vegas, NV – September 6, 2018
I work in the reservation sales department in the Las Vegas location and can say that although we are very busy we are a good team. We get incentives every month and everyone gets something. It is fun being able to make reservations for customers who are just ready to get on the road!
Fellow employees including mgmt, incentives, cool work environment, overtime
Supervisor (Former Employee) – Los Angeles, CA – September 14, 2017
My time at EagleRider was great until they decided to eliminate my position. I worked extremely hard, never was late, never missed days of work. I worked all the way until the end of the day they fired me
If you love motorcycles you will hate them when you are done
Rental Agent (Former Employee) – South Florida, FL – September 2, 2017
This culture is a manager meat grinder. No respect for employees. They know you will quit soon. Raises? Forget it. Very little training. Bait and switch on the internet. Constantly having to resolve issues of customers not getting what they desire. Stressful. I actually over heard a corporate manager say anyone having a paid vacation is theft. Morale morbidly low. Soul sucking. Ever changing pay plan, no training, no job security.
hours keep getting cut, never see a full 80. But when they need you..............
Awful work environment, employees are disposable items
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Colorado – May 8, 2016
It was great working with the customers, but everything else was horrible. You will work long hours, for low pay and no appreciation from upper management. Do yourself a favor and pass on this weak uncaring employer.
No breaks, long hours, no training, no appreciation
The company has no process on firing employees, the training is ZERO or very little, there is no competent manager working in the area. The service department is a mess. There is no business development culture, all employees care is the bike and take little care of the customers.
lack of training, a lot of envy between co workers that want to take your job, no set processes on how to hire/train or fire employees, very disorganize place
Little training provided, there's no job security, management and employees are disconnected. If what you're looking for is a strong company to work for and a stable working environment, this company is not for you.
Good working hours, you might get to travel to LA and Vegas for traininh
Not a strong company, little training provided, turnover is really bad
