What a mistake it is to apply to this company!

The company has no process on firing employees, the training is ZERO or very little, there is no competent manager working in the area. The service department is a mess. There is no business development culture, all employees care is the bike and take little care of the customers.
lack of training, a lot of envy between co workers that want to take your job, no set processes on how to hire/train or fire employees, very disorganize place
