Administrative Assistant (Current Employee) –  San Antonio, TXAugust 15, 2019
This place is an absolute joke!!! It is owned by a doctor who allows his wife and scheduler to run the practice. She is a fanatical "catholic" who constantly pushes her religion down your throat. Yes, at work! If you do not convert she will push you out. The doctor sits back and lets this nut run off every great employee and the place into financial ruin. I am surprised the place is still open and seeing patients. They give no true care and forces EVERYONE to have a hearing test at EVERY visit. More money!! They preform scoping and tests that are not needed to bill patients and rob people. Run from this place and fast.

I enjoyed the face paced environment and loved the customers.
Patient Service Specialist (Former Employee) –  San Antonio, TXJune 27, 2019
We had an awesome CEO who ended up resigning, so the owners wife ended up managing the office. I think she tried her best, however she doesn't know how to manage people properly and would be borderline verbally abusive to the employees.

Unsure about this place
Multiple Positions (Former Employee) –  San Antonio, TXJune 24, 2019
It is unclear what motive management had for a number of their employees when they were hired. Favoritism existed. High turnover. Typical gossip within but if you stay to yourself you’ll survive a number of years if you can handle the unexpected loads of work. There were a number of employees doing tasks unrelated to their job title. Maybe one day they will have a solid flow of operations.

Provider Relations Manager (Former Employee) –  San Antonio, TXAugust 20, 2018
A stepping stone for more advanced potential. Training is not there strong point. Yet they will provide you the tools to learn on your own. Do what you can in eight hours.
