Good place to work, very loose environment

Indeed Featured review

The most useful review selected by Indeed
This is a small family business. The structure is very loose, it can be hard to tell who's in charge sometimes. If you're very flexible and able to roll with the inconsistencies of many different people making different decisions, you will thrive here.If you need a tight, consistent, structured work environment, you will struggle.Hours are long, lots of overtime. Pay and benefits are about average.

Pros

Relaxed work environment

Cons

Lack of structure and inconsistent management.

New management not good

New manager is bias. When he talk I feel I’m being put down, he talks very negatively. I almost feel harassed when he speaks. Not a welcoming environment.

Fun workplace

Environment was really positive, It was rare to go to work feeling bad vibes unless brought upon yourself. It was a fast pace work place. Working nights aren't for everyone. If you knew what you were doing you won't have a problem working there. They treated employees very well. Earls himself took care of his employee very well and made sure they knew they were appreciated for all their hard work.

Pros

Free lunch at least once a week.

Cons

Night shift hours.
