The most useful review selected by IndeedThis is a small family business. The structure is very loose, it can be hard to tell who's in charge sometimes. If you're very flexible and able to roll with the inconsistencies of many different people making different decisions, you will thrive here.If you need a tight, consistent, structured work environment, you will struggle.Hours are long, lots of overtime. Pay and benefits are about average.

managers are there to help you. free produces but by the time i got to the warehouse it is mostly all gone. great co workers and free insurance after 1 year.
