There are always jobs available within the company and 99% of the people you meet working here you’ll get along with and most of the managers really want to see you succeed
Parts Delivery Driver in Phoenix, AZ
on February 13, 2021
Would work there again if I come out of retirement. Job is interesting and you meet a lot of friendly people at a large variety of automotive businesses.
Service department in Chandler, AZ
on January 11, 2021
This was the most disorganized, filthy, and incompetent place I've ever encountered. Management did not know how to do their jobs in multiple departments at many different levels. A lot of "pass the buck" mentality and asking others to perform management's responsibilities. So far from the way a good service and parts department should be run, which explains the incredibly high turnover.
Sales Manager in Avondale, AZ
on December 23, 2020
Family owned business with multiple locations. Management was fair and supportive. Hours for car business was good allowed for decent work life balance.
Lube Tech in Chandler, AZ
on October 17, 2020
Management was a mess on both sides, mostly on the tech side. Managers didn't seem to know what they were doing and never seemed to wanna help you. If you had an issue it would take days to fix.
