Look at who your “competition” is. You do not find Fresh Market on the shelves of other stores. Quality of product, quantity of product, presentation of product, and adequate pricing of Earth Fare products. Step inside the box and look out.
It appears more focus may have to be on supervisors and managers. They are at the helm. Do they appreciate hard work and dedicated employees?

You may be hired, and then find out at orientation, "oh no, you aren't hired".
Seems that a phone call between filling out all hiring paperwork and orientation to let one know that the offer was renigged would be appropriate. Especially, if you have already purchased black shirts, pants and shoes (uniform required for training period). Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unorganized.

Individuality is embraced at Earthfare. Tattoos, body piercings, and unnatural hair colors are welcomed! One restriction is, if the tattoo is of offensive manner, it must be covered.
