Pay your employees a livable wage. Your competition (Aldi, Whole Foods) does and their customer service is far better. What would make anyone want to stay when the other store down the street offers a better wage, and why would a customer ever want to shop with you when they can find the same or similar product elsewhere and with better customer service from happier employees on top of that at that same other store?
