High Stress with little opportunities for advancement.
Written by Case Manager (Former Employee) from Barrington, RI on January 14, 2019
Days lack structure, which is to be expected with case management, and can vary from stress filled leaving you running all over the state to being bored at your desk for the day. Management on my team was great, no complaints there. The job offers little chance for advancement and HR was clear at hiring that the job offers no merit based raises, you're - more... lucky to get COLA raises. it's a good opportunity for someone fresh out of college but if you're looking to support yourself look elsewhere.

Turnover is high because the job is full of stress and the lack of case mangers means you're taking ... - less
ProsGood coworkers, team management
ConsCompensation, advancement opportunities.
