Long process for interviewing which has undergone tremendous changes over the oast 2 years. Usually includes a panel.
Picky management which leads to the hiring process taking longer than necessary.

It has a brilliant future
The children of the farmworkers are welcome in these programs because they welcome the kids into the program and the children are learning instead of being in the fields with their parents who are picking the crops. Very dangerous for the kids!
