Overall a good place to work at they are very understanding for the most part. You just need to know how to deal with management they will always have their favorites and they have each other's back So it really dont matter how much you try and or how much you do

Great place to work. Your co workers become your family. They give quarterly bonuses. You do not have to pay for health insurance. They promote within in the company so you have a chance to move up.

Good with the Bad

Working for EGHC has its perks. Most of management is easy to get along with and down to Earth. Everyone is very family oriented and understanding. This is the health care field so it is very demanding and can be stressful at times. It would be better if those supervising medical staff understood the concerns of the staff when they are over worked sometimes or given too many job duties and the manager won't step in to assist when needed. There are incentives and sometimes free lunch is provided one day a week. Overall it is a lovely and most times fun place to work at.
