Be fair and not play the favoritism, little things employees shouldn't get written up but instead explain what is wrong and right so that the employees know not to do it again

We have lost so many nurses, and some Doctors I wish that they would just make the rules and just stick to them. We haven't had a raise in over 5 years. We work hard for East Jefferson and we would just want things back the way it was. Happy team members mean happy patients.
