Too many hoops to jump through after one had been doing the job as a temp forever. One thing after another was a mess. Also, too many secrets in the organization. After all the garbage I went through and then wanting to it less than I was making through the temp place gave me a bass feeling. Glad I left before this ridiculous and long hiring process was over.

Working in a hostile environment with people who were emotionally and mentally abusive. There was a lot of favoritism, gossiping, back stabbing, lying and bullying. Certain employees would be targeted and when supervisors decide they want you out, would make Havoc until you quit, but if you stick it out for whatever reason, you end up getting fired eventually with s false reason. Then they fought against my unemployment benefit but lost in that respect. Money is the bottom line here. Being a nonprofit and charity organization, I was pretty blown away by the treatment of certain individuals and other things.

Zero culture. I was not treated with respect. Coworkers were cliquey and gossipy. They should treat employees like their clients. Lots of favoritism. (Former employee).

We worked by sessions. Each session was about three hours. I had between 1 or 2 sessions per day. You can eventually work up to full-time, but I wouldn't expect it until a year from hire date.
