Company does not like to pay out commission to new rep's. Always on my sales number when given updates throughout quarter until last day when I "just missed" it. No process in place for rep's to track their own sales numbers- updates from manager. Commission paid out at discrepancy of GM, direct manager had very little authority everything comes from GM.
Company car, ez-pass, gas card, and phone.
Fair working environment depending on which branch.
Found most employees helpful, company growing fast, a lot of people thinking their chiefs not enough Indians.
