To much change
Hyundai is the red headed step child of the Toyota store. If your management is successful at Hyundai they will get moved to the Toyota store. That creates a lot of turmoil in the store.

Poor excuse for a work place
Very poor workplace. With over thirty years in automotive industry they have no regards for employees. They look fir ways to take compensation away. If you want to work for free then go there.

I loved working at this company. It provided a pretty set and consistent schedule. The work environment was peaceful and simple. Management is laid-back. Everything seemed to be in order. People like these things at work.

Management Short-Circuit
Management didn't exist, didn't care and had to train ourselves. Many weeks never talked to our manager. It was a pirate's den and management was fickle. Meetings not professional and very male dominated.

Beware TERRIBLE place to work.
This place is so out of wack and unorganized. Management is a JOKE. No job security what so ever. Long hours worked little compensation. Biggest problem are the nasty narcissistic managers!
