Incoming clientele are scheduled under manager number so any advisor can greet upon arrival, prolly should look back at past advisor who helped so previous recommendations by said advisor can return to the individual that helped prior. Often present day greeter reaps benefits of previous presented recommendations.

Stay away from this place

Kids are running the show, the majority of there inventory is under water $200 dollars minis all day long, plus you got veterans claiming have deals, the store is backed driving which you will get 10% but you'll get charged backs if they cancel before 6 months, there pack on new cars is close to $2500 and premium pack on premium vehicles around $5k and you dont get paid on incentives, not a good store to work for if you like to make front end profits, this place is perfect for order takers. There 30% front end payplan is a joke. Plus they advertise every new car online under invoice? Oh and they have 30+ sales people, your lucky if you get 1 or 2 opportunities per day to sell a car.

Revolving door due to lack of concern for employees

Work there only if it is the last place on earth. Read all fine print too many loop holds. I was terminated because of the way I handled coming down with the virus. The took all pay for the mo as well.

Fun exciting company time speed by there. Learned how to purchase proper tools to get jobs done great manager that make you laugh there isnt a hard part of the job it is fun the enjoyable part of the job was cook out Saturdays

Stressful work environment

This is not a geat company to work for. They are often bias in their decision making with newer employees and older employees. Management is horrible.
