Depends on the unit. You might have very caring staff, excellent teamwork and great RN coordinator but overall hospital is extremely short staffed, unsafe and you can count on doing mandatory overtime.

Alot of them from safety , to clean ability and it working around patients

Assist with taking patients to group therapy, sitting in on treatment team meetings with the patients, providing daily care activities for patients unable to do for themselves. There are some patients who are not in control of their bodily functions and the staff has to assist with this care as well. Medical record documentation.
