Actions speak louder than words

On the surface leadership appears engaged and supportive with emphasis on integrity & quality. However, during my years here I have learned that it is all talk. When specific, valid ethical & quality concerns are voiced they are quickly swept under the rug without resolution. Hence poor, actively disengaged employees remain employed with no accountability or consequences to their actions. There is high rate of staff turnover because great nurses/physicians want to work amongst other great nurses/physicians and Eastside seems to reward bad behavior and poor employees. Staff feels demoralized and undervalued. You barely have equipment to do your job, yet admin gets a makeover to their reception area that's worth thousands of dollars. Long story short, don't work here.
