The mornings and lunch time are especially busy, so its not for those of a faint hearted. I started as a customer host and worked up to barista but was not getting paid as a barista. Management wasn't very professional, they didn't seem to care about your well being and it was rare that we were rewarded for our hard work. Hardest part of the job was - more... handling customers that were picky, but the most enjoyable part of the job was my team. My team was amazing and we worked so well together. - less
Prosfreeish lunch, long lunch breaks, nice team, pay was okay, paid holidays were amazing.
Consmanagement in office weren't friendly, busy mornings and lunch.
