They mandate overtime....they run out of parts and there's no work and you are farmed out, then they get parts in and mandate you to death and run out again. It's a viscous cycle with bad upper management at the root.

Benefits are horrible. They say you will pay so much per week but take more out of your check. High deductibles and prescriptions are very expensive. Pay union dues to a union that cannot win against the company on anything. HR is useless with any help or questions on benefits, they tell you it's not their job to know.

No air conditioning and constantly being sick from heat, that's also when they like to force mandated overtime. I have never worked with such an unprofessional HR department. They are rude and think they are better than thosr on production floor, never in office, never answer phone or check voicemail, lie, cannot help with any typical HR process and say not their job.

Be prepared to wait 90 days. The hiring process is matrixed and impersonal. We had great candidates take others offers outside Eaton because they had to wait so long for an offer.
