Benefits are horrible. They say you will pay so much per week but take more out of your check. High deductibles and prescriptions are very expensive. Pay union dues to a union that cannot win against the company on anything. HR is useless with any help or questions on benefits, they tell you it's not their job to know.

Decent high deductible plans eligible for HSA account. Dental, vision, Short term disability, life insurance options, EAP and adoption assistance as well as educational assistance.

Sick leave is not generous from Eaton. They don't GIVE you anything. FMLA is available for the people because it is a law. You have to have worked there a year to be able to possibly get FMLA. We do not get sick days at Eaton
