This summary does not reflect on the entirety of Eaton or the other Eaton divisions. This review is strictly in regards to Eaton Filtration, a division of Eaton Hydraulics.
Eaton Filtration propagates a toxic, unethical and ineffective work culture directly from its upper management team. The political play among the management team results in contradicting work polices and strong arm tactics being used against those employees who push back.
The company is constantly struggling internally on simple processes such as Order Processing, Parts Ordering, and Technical Support.
Local, low level management is neutered by the ever changing policies, poor decision making and micro-managing of the upper management team.
Again, I stress this review is only a reflection of Eaton Filtration, not of the other functions of the Eaton Corporation.
