Ebags as a company is a great place. They treat there employees very well and have a great culture. The customer care team is not a good place to be apart of. They are on the lower end of the totem pole and do not get treated well at all. There are to many chefs in the kitchen, there are to many supervisors all stepping on each other toes and trying - more ... to compete. The customer care unit is not managed very well at all. - less
