Low pay bad attitude management

This job pays on lower scale compared to other DSPS I would go work at another DSP this one is not very accommodating if something unexpected happens. The owner is rude and will get upset if miss due illness.

Too high expectations and little promise

Expectations are too high and they put your life on the line and they hold back your pay if you don't return the uniform and badge right away just a joke along with Amazon as a job

Best people I have worked for

This job and amazon gets way too bad of a reputation sometimes. I love this job and the managers and owners are up front and honest. Some days are hard but even the worst days here are far better than most jobs.

Good job

Best about it is you get to work alone you just get your deliveries and go do them. Managers and owners are cool and the job is pretty easy to get the hang of. Schedule is always set and hours and overtime are always available. Its a lot of walking and packages but they are all small items and everything is close together so its pretty easy to finish early if you hustle.
