I love it when I first started then after about 6 months, the changes that were made turned everything upside down. I felt very uncomfortable going in everyday and was very uncomfortable being around certain people
Once a year
Once peak season I gave everything thing I could possibly give. When raise time came around I was given X amount increase.
Nice raise ! My thought was they really appreciated what I did. Not the case. They had increased salary hourly rate for new hire and therefore bumped me up. Burst my bubble and flatten me out real quick.
What is EBSCO Industries sick leave policy? How many sick days do you get per year?
There were no sick days. Unless you were full-time you didn't receive any sick days.
The interview process I'm sure has changed over the years. When I interviewed, I spoke with two different managers. We talked about the job I was applying for, what my responsibilities would be, and in general what to expect.
It was overall a pleasant experience.
