Good learning experience; bad for development
Senior Consultant (Former Employee) –  Seattle, WAJune 5, 2018
Smart people type A staff. Not the ideal situation for new parents. Development of staff gets lost by the wayside. A lot of finger-pointing from management without accountability for actions.

Temporarily Employed
Senior Graphics Analyst (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, GAFebruary 22, 2017
I can't properly review my current position or employer until I cease employment with them on March 9th.
After that date, I can describe a typical day at work, management, career advancement, salary; etc.
Pros
Great colleagues in Atlanta

High-performing organization that is growing very quickly
Healthcare Consultant (Current Employee) –  Seattle, WAAugust 22, 2016
ECG has more of an office culture compared to other consulting firms. They may be growing a little too quickly, causing some management issues.
Pros
Less travel than other firms; compensation is competitive.
Cons
ECG may spend more time trying to hire and grow than managing current employees.

Great company if consulting is your career ambition
Manager (Current Employee) –  Seattle, WAFebruary 26, 2014
ECG is a great company to work for with great colleagues and opportunities for advancement. The culture is very entrepreneurial and employees at all levels of the firm are trusted with significant responsibility.

If consulting is your goal and you are experienced with healthcare, this is a great company; however, similar to any consulting, work/life balance and frequent travel can be draining.
Pros
Great colleagues, significant autonomy, challenging and rewarding work.
Cons
Long hours, demanding schedules, frequent travel.
