If you like working till midnight every night, this is the place to work at!
Document Specialist (Former Employee) - Grand Prairie, TX - November 1, 2023
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedMost of the people there are really there to help you, but it’s not always like that. If you had the closing shift, you were most definitely leaving after midnight, even though they closed at 9pm.
Pros
Co-workers, Atmosphere
Cons
No work-life balance, Pay

Zero work/ family life balance.
Sales (Current Employee) - San Antonio, TX - November 8, 2023
Zero balance between work and life. Zero flexibility. If a holiday falls on a weekday- that is your day off. If family time is important to you then don’t work here. Schedule and hours are terrible.
Pros
Free lunch on saturday because you won’t have time to take a lunch so they feed you, They have a lot of walk in traffic, Opportunity to make a lot of money
Cons
Late nights. No flexibility. No life outside of work.

Sales Representative (Former Employee) - Cicero, NY - November 1, 2023
All staff is fun to work with but at the same time are on task. Was a good experience people were great. Sales managers were good people and treated people with respect. Only gripe I have was having to stay past your schedualed time to leave almost every day.

Nope
Photographer (Former Employee) - Charlotte, NC - October 26, 2023
Just don’t do it. Not worth it. Management is not the best. Zero work/life balance. Seems like everyone in the build EXCEPT this position gets a bonus. Definitely better options.

Great culture
Sales Coach (Former Employee) - Greenville, SC - October 19, 2023
Had a couple hiccups but overall loved the company, people and the job. Unfortunately went through a couple closures and despite being able to move to yet another location my feelings and ego wouldn’t allow. Great company and would go back if money was right.

The worst company I've ever worked for
FQC/ Photobooth Specailist (Former Employee) - Echopark Las Vegas - October 16, 2023
Terrible management. They will not give you proper training and will have you shadow employees that flat out ignore you instead of teaching you. No proffesionalism or respect for people, got called out for missing work due a personal reason in front of many coworkers, which everyone knows is just something you don't do. It took them 3 weeks to give me a consistent schedule and get me setup for what I needed to do my job. I could go on and on. Bottom line, LOTS of red flags here, please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Pros
Nothing
Cons
Everything

Productive fun workplace
Sales Coach (Former Employee) - Cicero, NY - October 13, 2023
The hours were often long, but was a great group of people to work with. The job was very rewarding! Sales goals were easy to obtain and there was great training available.

Not a bad place to be
Experience Guide (Former Employee) - Duluth, GA - October 6, 2023
EchoPark was a pretty ok place to work at, strong base pay, alot of support if you wanted/needed it. Hours can be long, once got off at 10:30 when the place closes at 9 but that is to be expected with the car business. You will be doing ALOT of walking.

Bad leadership
Sales Associate (Former Employee) - Grand Prairie, TX - October 6, 2023
Bad leadership. They don't know what each other is doing. It's chaos from the start of the car deal to the end. It takes at least 2 hours to sell a car.

Lack of proper leadership
Employee (Former Employee) - Duluth, GA - September 22, 2023
Lack of proper leadership training and will blame everyone else for their failures. No proper work life balance. Will expect you to dedicate your entire life to them and penalize you for putting life first.

I Left a good job for a job full of lies.
Delivery Center Coach (Former Employee) - Huntsville, AL - September 9, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Nothing , you can't trust anything they tell you! What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Constant change in upper management What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Fun at times but but also stressful between employees. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Repeating the same thing calling customers that told us no or not answered calls about selling or buying a car.

Fun workplace
Overall my time with EP was positive. Management was respectful and worked with you to be better. Everyone had a job and were expected to do it or be held accountable.

Not one I would recommend anyone else, but see for yourself if you want to feel like your running into a wall.
Automotive Reconditioning (Former Employee) - Birmingham, AL - August 29, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Company as a whole is not that good. They promote culture, but don’t really hold up their end of the bargain when it’s needed. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Upper Management allows the employees to run the place and does not allow their selected managers to develop and hold employees that’s are not successful accountable. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? It’s more ra ra than an actual motivation place. Midday chants are more important than you actually being with your customers, which pays your families bills. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Come to work, get together for a meeting. Then sit an a meeting that should have been an email. Then meet again for what could have been another email. Then go to another group chant session, before another meeting. Then meet again before the days over to see if the team actually had a successful day. All awhile taking phone calls from upper management about things that again could have been an email.

Okay workplace
Sales Associate (Current Employee) - Birmingham, AL - August 23, 2023
Too many favorites, not coherent, bad communication, haul off responsibility. Managers can be petty or unfair at times. Coworkers make it fun, but super long hours and out the window social life

Recon management is terrible.
Automotive Technician (Former Employee) - Davidson County, TN - August 22, 2023
Terrible management. Always micromanaging, don’t care about anything but their bonuses, nit picky, work hard for weeks and have a down week after working towards a raise, they wont give it to you. Do yourself a favor and find a better place to work.
Pros
Saturday lunches and some of my coworkers were good people
Cons
Management, management, management

Great work culture
Experience Guide (Former Employee) - Baltimore, MD - August 2, 2023
Great work culture could’ve been best career decision I’ve made. But closed locations without notice. Not a good luck for company. Very sad about closing of job.

Productive and fun work place
Recon Automotive Technician (Former Employee) - Tampa, FL - August 1, 2023
You will find it is a very productive and fun work envirionment. They are very employee friendly and understand you need a good work environment. The management always has an open door policy if a situation arises.
Pros
Bonuses for sales and lunches for kickoff each month.
Cons
They could stand to give actual holidays off other than Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Ok place to work
Sales Manager (Current Employee) - California - July 28, 2023
Typical car dealership. Chase quotas. Depending on upper management there is room for growth. Pretty laid back as long as you do your job. Revolving door of staff.
