It seems the answers above are thinking of the drug store that used to have the same name. The facility that assists in helping dislocated children... They want to know if you have a high tolerance for children that are sometimes verbally abusive, as well as not holding grudges against them. If you are honest... They do give an honesty test that a lot of applicants tend to fail because they say what sounds 'good' instead of being truthful.
