working 8 hours a day nothing special and going home the boss are horrible and very strict even though you are doing the work they gave still they can see some problems even if is just a small non problematic concerns, unlike the clients they are much ok than the boss which is only a team lead

As a subcontractor there are no benefits.

I was contracted through Eclaro to IBM. The pay was sub par, and there were absolutely no benefits available. Managemt never made any effort to contact me to see how everything was going once I started on site.

So-so place to work for

It's an "ok" place to work for. The only positive here is its proximity to where I live. Other than that ther ear ebetter places to work for with higher pay and better benefits.
