Quick to the point, advancement is few and far, once you move up the ladder not many place to go past that. Customer service is what the company was built on, sometimes feel that that is lost and the profits over the people are now the main focus

Do not recommend

When I got here it was take care of the customer, now it’s sales and profit margins. Managers tell us we are salesman not plumbers. Don’t have a bad week because you won’t get any calls the next week. A lot of turnover and lay offs lately. Most stressed I’ve ever been

Overwhelming and underpaid

This place used to be a great place to work, then there was a change and it became depressing and overwhelming. If you are not their favorite they will target you until they eventually get you to quit or they make up a reason to fire you. The only good thing about this place is the other employees, they are the rays of sunshine in a dark world.

They don’t treat everyone fairly they pick and choose favorites, There isn’t a lot of jobs right now either. They blame a lot on the employees when it’s really the company that needs to make changes.
