I have seen several incorrect answers to this question. I am currently a Service Specialist for Ecolab. Ideally You are expected to work 40-48 hours a week at minimum. You can work more if YOU desire to or want to accumulate more revenue and hours for the week. As a Service Specialist no one is going to force you to work more overtime hours. But who wouldn't want to work and get the over time pay at the rate we are paid? I mean doesn't $35 - $40 an hour sound great for 8 hours of overtime or more? Ecolab is a great company and as a Service Specialist you can pretty much decide for yourself how much money you want to make. The pay is limitless.
Ideally 45 hours a week, some weeks more and some weeks less.
Do they pay weekly or bi-weekly......
According my understanding I think it should be maybe 8hours unless maybe ask for overtime it could be more
I started as a service specialist, due to turn over you are not only expected to complete your own route but help others. There is a lot of talk about work life balance but it doesn't exist.
