My hiring process took two days. The interview was scheduled over a phone call one week prior. Probably not super common. They said they needed people badly.
7 weeks from initial phone screen to acceptance letter, then another 3 weeks to first day.
Forever ! No it takes usually 4 interviews, first with the dm, then ride a long, then meet other tms and finally an offer, about 6 weeks
Took me maybe a month and a half - I had something on my background that I didn't mention [legit forgot about it] so just be honest and it may take less time.
interview was pretty fun surprisingly
