Productive and enjoyable

A typical day as a pharmacy technician begins with running all scripts on auto refill. Once all those scripts printed we began filling bottles by either counting, pouring or simply label it accurately for all patients.

If your hired as one thing the will probably move you to another. You pay will change more than your comfortable with. Micromanagement without clear goals and expectations is a real problem. There is a strong focus on people.

If you like people & structure you will like your job here. There is set schedules & guarantee of hours. With that schedule. They stress customer service & giving back to their community. They really appreciate their employees. They give CITA awards, baskets filled with goodies on your work anniversary months, great company Christmas party with bonus/prizes & monthly meetings with mngt and HR.
