Project based so there’s always a environment/culture to stay until the job is done. Instead of reasonable wages they have “beer Friday’s “ and the occasional catered lunch. I worked an average of 45-50 hours a week and only made 32k and a lot of that was mileage reimbursement.
Working hours were varied by job and week. Some jobs were very early, while some ran very late. Not conducive to having a planned schedule.
None. I prepared for an interview but when I went in they asked no questions and just described the job and benefits and told me they would send an offer letter.
