To work with people diagnosed with dementia, bipolar, schizophrenia, Huntington's, brain tumor require from the staff to be very flexible and creative. It can be wearing too.

My time with Ecumen was overall a good experience and gave me many opportunities to become a better employee and individual. Ecumen provided me with a job while I continued my schooling towards my Associates in Science degree.

Great co-workers, flexibility in hours and days
Cons
Short breaks often ending to soon due to short staff, no room for advancement
