Positive and engaging workplace
The residents and staff are great to work with and passionate about what they do. Overall, I felt well-supported with a sense that the other employees enjoyed their work with clients. However, compensation could be higher as I received a minimum wage rate.

DON only supports her favorites and lies to the ones who aren’t. Certain people can abandon their assignment and still comeback the next day like nothing happened.
Recreational Therapy Assistant in Towson, MD

At one time the best company in Maryland to work for. Company is now under the direction of a complete egomaniac. Noone in .upper management has a clue. There is no encouragement for staff to do better. A divide and conquer mentality where staff are encouraged to stab co-workers in the back.As far as real respect and care for the residents, there is none only the money that they pay is important.

I feel unappreciated. But I will say my manager is nice and she does try to show her appreciation for us . It’s the people over her that doesn’t really care.

Most people are nice but management changed and I could no longer be a part of this company. There is no room to move up. managers will pretend you have a chance and interview but will end up hiring someone else outside the company. Benefits are great but too much drama with employees. Overall a negative work place.
