Focus on retaining employees who add benefit to the company and removing those who don't. Pare down management. Hire more non-management employees. Listen to complaints. You do receive them and choose to ignore them. Pay attention to the fact that you are losing contracts and go speak to the people who warned you that you were going to lose them years ago. Stop the cronyism and nepotism that is rampant in your company.
