Good Company to develop Customer Service/Warehouse Skills

My experience during my tenure was acceptable. I learned and developed good Customer Service and Quality Assurance Skills. However, I believe this organization should focus their Managerial efforts to Leading my example, instead of by the Book Managers.

ConsToo may Book Managers, not enough Leaders leading and educating subordinates.
