Came here with high expectations in advancements only to be highly disappointed. Very little movement. They will pay you very little and ask for a lot, but if you need a temporary job, it is money.

High mental stress and NO job security.

When I first started at Edgeworth I should have RAN the other way. On my first day the a fellow co worker told me who to watch out for and just be careful because if the boss doesn’t like you then you have a bullseye on your back. The work culture at this place is horrible. The employees talk viciously about fellow employees and the clients they work for. They will fire you for any given reason and they do not have a structured disciplinary system. One person will get fired for only having one offense while another person will have 15 offenses and still have their job. The management is disrespectful as well. I will only su...
