On my first day the a fellow co worker told me who to watch out for and just be careful because if the boss doesn’t like you then you have a bullseye on your back. The work culture at this place is horrible. The employees talk viciously about fellow employees and the clients they work for. They will fire you for any given reason and they do not have a structured disciplinary system.
