cna (Current Employee) – Edinboro, PA – June 7, 2016
one of the most stressful, hardworking, fast pace jobs with the most meaningful rewarding job ever! learned a lot of patients. management could use a little more understanding with how the aides work. hardest part I would say is feeling pain for the residents and/or for their families when its the roughest for them. love my coworkers. they give it their all and know first hand how it is to be there taking care of them.
Great opportunity to meet new people and possibly make new friends
Business Office Manager (Former Employee) – 419 Waterford St., Edinboro, PA 16412 – March 14, 2019
Working in long term care is a constant changing environment and was a challenge, but one I choose to meet head on and work through to find a way to accomplish the task as quickly and as accurately as possible. The hardest part of the job was the amount of paperwork that was required to be done, in my opinion, took away from the opportunity to spend more time with the clients who deserved the attention that someone actually cared about them. The most enjoyable parts of the job was getting to listen to the clients life stories and experiences.
