Good benefits

Management and Work Culture Issues

I accepted this job and quickly realized that it was not a good fit. The management style and environment can be toxic for growth. The pay does not match the work load, and the style of work is VERY antiquated and outdated. I suggest anyone looking to get into events, to truly research this company and what is expected of you.

Perhaps Decent for College Grad

Edlen operates under extremely old philosophies and there is a HUGE gap between hourly and management with respect to pay. The managers are basically unsupervised and do not treat their hourly employees well. If you don’t mind doing a job with very little training, working very hard while your manager comes in late and takes two-three hour lunches everyday to walk her dog then this is the right pl...
