Do not worry about the interview, just be prepared in terms of the specifications of your day to day job.

The interview process is focused on finding your strengths and interests as a therapist/educator so they can find the best available placement for you. The interview with EdTheory is a breeze. After their interview with you, EdTheory will find a site that is interested in you and set up an interview between you and that site. The interview process for the sites EdTheory suggests varies, but they mostly want to know what your experience is to make sure you're lined up for the correct position. Last time I was asked 8 questions regarding the IEP process, online treatment and assessment, parent communication, and autism experience/knowledge.
