I have enjoyed working for EdTheory
Speech Therapist/SLPA Supervisor-Teletherapy (Former Employee) - Littlerock, CA - June 28, 2021
At EdTheory I have felt supported every step of the way, they are always a call away. Compensation was fair to me. I felt independent in terms of time management.
Pros
Supportive Team

Edtheory is a small startup that promotes an inclusive and diverse work environment. They treat you like family and negotiate the best outcome with their clients and advocate for you. I have worked for many companies and there are many positive things to say about Edtheory. They listen to your needs and ideas, and also developing plans for new educational models and opportunities. The benefits offered are great and always improving with more incentives each year. I feel supported and happy to be part of the Edtheory family!
Pros
Diverse team, great benefits for f/t employees, expense reimbursements, innovative ideas
Cons
Limited/no work parties, social gatherings post-pandemic

Having worked as with EdTheory for a year in education serving students I am very pleased with their company framework and support for employees. They are very communicative and flexible to accommodate employee needs. Excellent coorporation.
