Edu1st History
We are proud of the movement our founders started 22 years ago and where their passion took us. We are excited to see how this passion for transforming education has spread to hundreds of educational institutions worldwide.
Edu1st was incorporated in the United States in 2000 by Ana María Fernández and Gilberto Pinzón. Edu1st provides a proven effective operating model system, internationally supported, present in more than seven countries and 120 educational centers. This includes the operational efficiency and effective management we have developed over the years.
We guide and support the school in implementing a sustainable culture of thinking: with training, consulting, coaching sessions, and practical tools that ensure success.
We offer a different concept developed, tested, and permanently incorporated into the best practices worldwide.
Edu1st seeks to positively impact communities through educational transformation, encouraging parents and citizens to actively contribute to society, and helping to form individuals who lead balanced lives with meaning and wisdom.

Kick-off Event 2021
Our annual kick-off is one of the most anticipated moments for the entire Edu1st team. It is a meeting of all the school teams, the support, curricular and international teams; It is a time of recharging energy, training, fun, recognition, awards, networking, synergies, and much more. The teams kick off the new school year with this event, with the emotions, enthusiasm, and training necessary to give their best.
VESS Hero Award Celebration
The VESS Hero Award is an annual award given to the top Edu1st team members who excelled throughout the year in living the VESS values.
We want to recognize outstanding members of our Edu1st community. We also want to promote the VESS Values and highlight concrete examples of how these translate into behaviors, so that everyone comprehends the Edu1st culture fully, and acts guided by our VESS values.
