The schools implements the VESS model which facilitates and guides the formation of individuals to be autonomous, responsible, sensible, empathetic, wise, moral, and most of all happy.

I love that Edu1st is an organization with a clear purpose; an organized strategic plan that understands the importance of training and support as the value of teamwork. It is a place where we are always learning and where people come to work happy. we can see how each one of Us is contributing and impacting the lives and wellbeing of the children, families and the team. Each of the 6 schools is unique yet we are all a big team to support each other. Edu1st is a place for hard workers that are committed to learn and understand the value of education in the first years of life. It is not perfect but it is a company that strives for excellence and treats us with respect, appreciation and understanding of our own learning curves and potential. I will greatly recommend anyone that is committed to making a difference through education to work here!

Develop and work in a good environment

I've been working at Edu1st for three years, and it has been the perfect place for me. I've been able to use all my expertise, and I had the opportunity to make changes to improve some procedures; on the other hand, I've been learning a lot. I was out of the working force for three years to have a child, and Edu1st allowed me to work and develop myself professionally. Yes, sometimes it is stressful, but always with a purpose and recognition

Of all the preschools I've worked before, Edu1st is the only one with a truly transformational educational model. The VESS model that they developed will help you grow as an educator and better impact the lives of your students and their families.If you are a preschool teacher or Director and work for Edu1st is like if you are an astronaut and work for NASA. No other school gets close.

This organization has allowed for me to grow professionally and personally throughout the last few years. The team of educated and professional teachers and leadership staff that work at Edu1st are determined and passionate about what they do. There is always room for growth in the organization and that is a HUGE PLUS for a company to have. This is an innovative fast paced environment where team members are challenged, respected, and valued. They see potential and growth in their employees and offer ways to build on areas of improvement. Professional development is provided constantly throughout the year to enhance and implement new ways and strategies to accomplish goals. Overall this is an excellent place to work for anyone who is wanting to learn, is passionate about educating children, likes to work in a fast paced environment, and is team oriented.

Challenging and fast paced place to work

I've worked at Edu1st for many years and I've grown both personally and professionally with them. I'm very happy with my job and I hope to spend many more years here. Our preschools are amazing and our team members are incredible. This company cares a lot about its people and willing to go above and beyond to care for them. There are many opportunities to grow and it is a very solid company that has been in the industry for more than 20 years. If you have a passion for education and for learning new skills, in any area, this is the place for you.
