Activity Specialist (Current Employee) –  New York, NYSeptember 26, 2019
If you plan on making a career from working with kids, better places can be found. It’s full of immature employees and no one takes the job seriously enough.

Administration Assistant (Former Employee) –  New York, NYAugust 28, 2019
The Educational Alliance is a diverse organization with room for promotion. You attend training to enhance your job responsibilities and learn more. They give you a chance and at times will train you if they feel you are qualified but no experience.

CRW is a great place to grow and help those in need
Director of Residential Services (Current Employee) –  New York, NYJuly 19, 2019
CRW employees are dedicated to their jobs and make the overall experience a positive one. Management is supportive. The culture is great. The most rewarding part of the job comes form the satisfaction of knowing how you made a positive impact on the people you are supporting and their loved ones.

Dynamic and innovative agency unlike any in the addiction industry
Executive Director (Current Employee) –  Center for Recovery and WellnessJuly 19, 2019
Educational Alliance, and specifically its Center for Recovery and Wellness is truly an amazing place to work. While many come into the helping field for their own personal reasons, the not for profit system does not necessarily embrace the employee. It is the opposite at EA/CRW. There is a tremendous culture of collaborative spirit, holistic wellness and employees feedback and input is valued and promoted towards decision making. I have never been as happy in an agency since my initial job in my career. The work environment and overall culture leave me inspired and rejuvenated and I would recommend this agency to anyone who wants to be part of a growing and expanding leader in the field of addiction and recovery services.

Please do not work here!
Case Manager (Former Employee) –  New York, NYMay 29, 2019
This organization is quite possibly the worst organization to work at. The higher-ups are completely clueless and extremely ruthless; they are interested in obtaining money and DO NOT CARE about the well-being of their employees. Working here is a complete nightmare-I cannot stress enough the turmoil that this company can put you through. If you are interested in the well-being of patients and the well-being of yourself, DO NOT APPLY! I barely write reviews, and am doing this to save others the heartache of this cruel and deceiving place.
