This place is the worst of the worst. You will work hard for very little compensation. There are no annual raises. There's always an excuse given as to why this can't happen. Senior management is nonexistent, and very rarely communicates with its employee's. There is no insentive to stay, and they don't attempt to even think of one. You'll receive the daily "thanks for all you do" email, but that's about it. This is definitely a place you want to avoid. The classrooms lack resources and the company will do little to assist you with your teaching needs. They're more concerned about scoring big contracts with school districts versus actually helping the population they serve. You'll be made promises that won't be kept, so don't get your hopes up here.
